Bempp+plotly+dash compiled with pyinstaller does not launch due to gmsh dependencye

Hi
I want to make an exe file using pyinstaller from a Dash app using bempp and plotly.
Due to gmsh dependency the app does not launch.
Is there a proper way to proceed with pyinstaller or bempp to fix this?
